Professional Pressure Washing Goes Deeper Than the Surface

That stain survived your last concrete cleaning attempt because concrete is porous. Stains sink into the surface.

Pressure washing concrete alone only gets partway there. Oil, rust, salt, and algae need chemistry first.

We treat stains at the source with chemical pre-treatment. That breaks the bond between stains and the slab. Then driveway pressure washing at the right PSI pulls the stains out, leaving it looking freshly poured.

Our Concrete Cleaning Services for Every Surface on Your Property

Driveway Pressure Washing

Once we identify the stain type, driveway power washing is faster than people expect. If your surface itself needs more than a clean, our driveway installation team can tell you where it stands.

Patio Power Washing

Your patio had sat under snow since November and algae moved in. Our power washing company cleans months of harsh weather without ruining the stamped concrete finish.

Garage Floor Cleaning

If you’ve used garage floor cleaning services before and the stain came back, the chemistry wasn’t right. We use commercial-grade garage floor cleaners and degreasers to lift the stain.

Sidewalk & Walkway Cleaning

That green-black film on your walkway is slippery in the rain, which can be a liability. A sidewalk pressure washer alone won’t do it. We treat the root so it doesn’t return in 3 weeks.

Commercial Concrete Cleaning

A stained parking lot or grimy storefront entrance tells customers something before they walk in. We handle businesses with commercial concrete floor scrubbers as a licensed concrete contractor.

Concrete Sealing

Cleaning without sealing is temporary. The right penetrating sealer closes the pores that salt and moisture use to get in. Our concrete cleaning company applies it after cleaning and drying your surface.

Selling Your Home? Your Driveway Is Working Against You.

A buyer pulls up and starts a mental checklist. They see the dark oil spots and the salt-bleached stone. These marks signal a home that needs work.

Those mental notes quickly turn into a lower offer. Booking a driveway cleaning service prevents a massive price reduction later.

We remove deep stains from concrete to enhance your entrance and protect your equity.

Our Process Is Why the Stain Doesn’t Come Back in Three Weeks

We Read the Stain First
Every stain has a source. Oil and garage grime need a degreasing agent applied before driveway pressure cleaning. Rust stains from mineral-heavy well water require an oxalic acid pre-treatment to neutralize the iron at the surface. Algae and moss get a surfactant that kills the spores at the root.

Professional Rinsing & Cleaning
Our power washing service uses rotary surface cleaners. They spin dual nozzles in overlapping passes. Every inch of your patio or sidewalk gets the same even, consistent treatment. This prevents zebra stripes and wand marks.
Hot Water for Certain Stains
Cold water can push oil around. It can’t break it down. Our power washing units heat water to the right temperature. That emulsifies grease and motor oil the way a garden hose never will.
Your Lawn Stays Out of It
Before starting, our concrete floor cleaning services pre-wet your landscaping and protect the perimeter. The chemicals we use stay only on your concrete. We protect your hostas, grass, siding, and ornamental beds.

What to Do Between Now and the First Hard Freeze

concrete rock salt

Trade the Rock Salt

Sodium chloride (standard rock salt) is the fastest way to pit a concrete driveway. Switch to magnesium chloride or use sand for traction.
concrete Big Melts

Rinse After the Big Melts

After a March thaw in Franklin or Muskego, a five-minute hose-down removes surface brine. Or else it can dry out and settle into the concrete. The salt doesn’t damage on contact. It damages when you leave it there.
concrete Green Seriously

Take the Green Seriously

That algae spreading across your north-facing Hales Corners or Wauwatosa walkway is dangerous. It creates a slippery biofilm. Vinegar can knock it back short-term. Professional concrete cleaning kills the spores completely and keeps them from returning.

Pewaukee Concrete extended our current patio and gave it a new finish. Their quote was a little high but they got the work done quicker than expected. Respectful and paid attention to detail while answering all our questions. Thank you once again..

I had a new house built in Waukesha. I called Pewaukee Concrete and they just finished our driveway and patio which turned out great. They gave a fair price and overall the process was easy. Can't wait to move in next week. Highly recommend.

Had a new concrete driveway installed and you guys did a tremendous job. Little expensive but the concrete is worth it, compared to the gravel I had before.

FAQs

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?

Concrete in good condition handles up to 3,000 PSI when cleaned correctly. The damage happens when the wrong nozzle is used or the wand is held too close to the surface. For newer slabs, we use a lower-pressure, chemical-led approach that cleans deeply without any risk of surface etching.

Why not just rent a pressure washer and do it myself?

Some rental units can’t heat water. So oil and grease just spread instead of emulsifying. Without a rotary surface cleaner, you’re running wand passes by hand leaving stripe marks. Light etching may fade over time. But deeper etching needs grinding or resurfacing to fix.

Is pressure washing the same as power washing?

No. Power washing uses heated water, which is better for grease-heavy surfaces like garage floors and commercial lots. Pressure washing uses cold high-pressure water, ideal for driveways, patios, and sidewalks.

How often should I clean my concrete?

In Wisconsin, you should clean concrete every spring after the last hard freeze. That removes road salt before it settles deeper into the pores and accelerates the damage cycle. Shaded driveways or surfaces with heavy tree cover benefit from a second clean in fall before winter starts again.
